Quick Smoked Thighs

  • 1 package (about 2 pounds) Fresh Chicken Thighs Or 1 Package (about One & One Fourth Pounds) Fresh Skinless And Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • Salt And Ground Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove skin from bone-in thighs. Sprinkle paprika all over chicken pieces; discard any unused paprika. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place thighs in large foil oven bag. In small bowl, stir together liquid smoke and water; pour into foil oven bag. Bake bone-in thighs about 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into a thigh registers 180°F.
