A.1. Cajun Prime Rib Steak

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes (Total Time: 45 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 6
  • 4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Beef Bone-in Rib Steak (One & Half Pound), 1 Inch Thick
  • 1/3 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
  • SPRINKLE Cajun seasoning evenly onto both sides of steak; rub into steak.

    PLACE in nonmetal dish. Add steak sauce; turn steak over to evenly coat both sides. Cover; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

    PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Drain steak; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).

    Serving Suggestion

    For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Reduced Fat Dressing.

    Use Your Broiler

    To cook steak under the broiler instead of on the grill, place drained marinated steak on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, until medium doneness (160°F).
